VINCENT Anne-Sophie
Anne-Sophie Vincent began her vocal studies with Maryse Castets at the CRR of Bordeaux, where she earned her DEM in 2014. She then spent time in Canada, where she explored both piano and theater. She gave her first recital of French mélodies and performed at the Grand Théâtre de Québec, singing the role of La Récitante (La Demoiselle Élue) by Debussy under the direction of Gilles Auger.
Upon her return to France, she performed various roles, including Bessie in *Mahagonny Songspiel* by Kurt Weill at the OARA of Bordeaux, Judith in *Le Château de Barbe-Bleue*, and Boulotte in *Barbe-Bleue* by Offenbach. At the Abbaye de Royaumont, she portrayed Mme Cortese in *Il Viaggio a Reims*, conducted by Carlos Aragon and staged by Stefan Grögler.
A laureate of the Académie Maurice Ravel, she was featured at the Palazzetto Bru Zane Festival in June 2017 at the Théâtre des Bouffes du Nord in Paris, and in the following month, she performed the role of Susanna (*Le Nozze di Figaro*) in Vendôme.
In November 2017, she participated in *Der Zwerg* by Zemlinsky at the Opéra de Lille, a production later revived in March 2018 at the Opéra de Rennes. In February 2019, she sang the role of Le Jumeau Marc in *Le Martyre de Saint-Sébastien* by Debussy in Valladolid, directed by La Fura dels Baus.
In June 2018, she won the First Prize in Opera at the Concours International de Marseille, as well as the First Prize in Mélodie, Third Prize in Opera, and the Opera Prize of Minsk at the Marmande Competition.
The 2019/2020 season marked her debut as Carmen at the Grand Opéra de Jeju (South Korea), and she also performed the role of Dorothée in *Cendrillon* at the Opéra National de Lorraine.
Recently, she stepped in at the last minute to replace a colleague in the role of Myrtale in *Thaïs* by Massenet at the Opéra de Tours, conducted by Michel Plasson.
In the current season, she will reprise the role of Carmen at the Festivals des Nuits Lyriques and des Ducales, as well as at the Théâtre de Marmande.
Most recently, she performed as Nicolette in *L'Amour des trois oranges* at the Opéra National de Lorraine and is preparing to tackle the role of Angelina in *Una Cenerentola* at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, followed by performances at the Opéras of Bordeaux and Rouen.
